Kava and the Stress of Life

Today has been particularly stressful. I was thinking back to a trip that I took to Hawaii, the big island, in February and a drink that I much enjoyed while on vacation-kava. It is hard to get kava in Seattle. The closest I have come is kava tea. Not quite the same. I thought that someone should open a kava bar in Seattle, but the idea of sitting out in the cold and wet drinking a tropical delight did not infuse much in the way of relaxation. Kava is probably most relaxing in Hawaii because I am already relaxed. It tastes good mixed with coconut milk and some honey, but I liked it plain. What can I say, I also love coffee without cream or sugar. So in the stress of today I am going to take a Kava moment.
